Memory Foam Tips:
- Arrives tightly packed in a portable box for customer convenience.
- You can sleep on it the same night it is unwrapped; however, allow a week or so to expand to its original 2 or 3-inch size fully.
- Vacuum sealing sometimes traps odors. After unwrapping, air for a few hours to eliminate trapped odors.
- Due to machine-cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.
- If you feel that your existing mattress is firm, go with 2″ and 3″ if it is very firm.
- Be cautious with other topper brands. Our toppers are made up of PURE Memory Foam, while others are just regular foam.

Ordered the memory foam topper on Aug 28th. At first everything went smoothly but it’s been two weeks and I have yet to receive my product. Emailed the company for tracking info and they gave me the tracking number through a company called ninjavan. At first the tracking info looked good. Then my package status went “on hold” for 3 days. I contacted the comfort living and ninjavan they got right back to me. Ninja said my package was “under investigation” and it sounded like they had lost it. Then the tracking changed to “estimated delivery by 10pm today” that was 5 days ago. I have no idea where my package.
Update: The next day my package arrived. Came in good condition and the correct size. At first when I put it on my bed I thought it might be a little too firm but it expanded and softened as it rested on the bed. It definitely provides soft but firm support and it good quality. I bought this bc my bed mattress was a little to firm and as I side sleeper I would wake up with hip pain even laying flat on the bed for an extended period would become uncomfortable as the bed was too firm. The 2 inch topper solves that as it gives the memory foam conforms to your body. I do think if you want softer support the 3 inch might be the better option.
