Change your Pillows.
The National Sleep Foundation tells us to plan on replacing pillows every year or two. It’s important to put your pillows in the air fluff cycle regularly to keep dust mites and allergens to a minimum. Allergens in your bedroom and in your pillow may contribute to snoring.
